Seriously I got harassed like hell in a game then banned for it.

Dude, tribunal is over pretty much, I don't see riot really getting around to do anything. Nothing is wrong with riot, but from your post, I think you may have had something to do with it.
You can request the offending chat logs in question through a Support Ticket. It's unlikely a Rioter will notice this post, let alone use their free time to help when it's not part of their job.
Check your email. Make sure it's the address associated with the account, and don't forget to check your spam/junk folders (some overzealous filters mark Riot's emails as spam). You should have received an email about it, that - if you were banned for toxicity - should have a log of a recent game you were reported in.
