Never has been one in the past.
You don't make 1 bilion $ with sales... well you do but that's not part of the joke! Riot prefer to not give us cheap stuff because they are the only supplier anyway :) So you may buy a fridge from a diffrent store but if you wan't your eye candy in league.. you have to come to RITO HQ
