Low priority queue
About a month back, after afking in a few aram games, I was put into a 5 minute low priority queue. Does that make me uneligible for end of season rewards or the new icon?

If you were eligible for the icon you will already have it (scroll down through them, it's probably not on top).
As for ranked rewards, getting a low pri queue a month ago isn't going to hurt you any. You are definitely eligible. You become ineligible for them if you have been banned within 3 months of the rewards being given, or if you have a current restriction at the time.
