Referring someone who shares my Computer

I am hoping to get my brother to play league and have finally convinced him to take the dive. However, we share a family computer to play the game so both account would have the same IP address and stuff like that. Would I need to be wary of being banned if I did that?

In other words, will the system assume I referred a smurf and ban me?

Nah, you're fine. Riot is aware that many players use the same computers.

No It is 100% fine to do that and IP is pretty fluid nowa days it changes really often, long story short you should be fine. GL and See ya on the rift.
