I got a 3 day IP boost and an msi 2017 icon for some reason, I asked 2 of my friends they said they didnt get it. I was wonder where I got it from..

I might be wrong but I think it is the reward for using the LCK MSI 2017 icon. If I recall correctly, if you used the icon of the team that won MSI you would get a reward. I also got the rewards and I bought and used the LCK icon during MSI

You got it because you supported the LACK during MSI and they won. All the people who supported the LACK regardless of region got a special winners summoner icon and a 3 day IP boost. I got it as well.
