A Reason for Team Builder in Ranked
I hope this only encourages Riot to place the team builder, or a better tribunal system. Honestly I've never seen a better reason for this.

I'm pretty sure their intention is to start out with it on blind pick normals and then move to ranked.
Had a very similar interaction last night. People just don't care they are going to get reported. The guy flat out said "Riot don't give a fuck" then proceeded to play support Renekton and feed bottom lane.

they know about it. they aren't sure that team builder as currently designed will stop trolling if they adapt it to draft. and there just isn't enough strategery/counterplay with the current blind pick model
