Dragonblade Riven (Lunar Revel Skin) bug?

I just noticed that Riven's two locks of hair on her new Lunar Revel skin go down into her head when she uses /joke, /taunt, /dance, and /laugh for the duration of its animation. I wasn't sure whether or not this was intentional. Just wanted to make sure it was known. May add pictures if necessary.
