If a person leaves the game but his or her team still manages to win without that person, does that person still get penalized? I understand that they still left the game and leaving is never a good thing, but is it still bannable since their leave just happened to not ruin that particular game for his or her winning team?
I think it depends; Like at the end of the game if they have been out of the game long enough their name should be red. I believe leaverbuster takes those into account, but im not sure since i didnt design the system or work for riot.
The easiest way is just to report them at the end, at least then you feel like you did something useful about those kind of people.
if they were afk long enough leavebuster gets them but lets say they're "afk" in base or for only the last couple minutes they can still be reported and sufferer from that but they'll still get the ip/lp
