1000 win discussion

So i read some threads a while back (think it was 1 - 1.5 years back) . The user stated that there was something about playing with a rioter during your 1000th win or so. Well, i just hit that sweet 1000 wins, and i was wondering if that rioter thing was still going. I'm hoping i could get a response , and if the case is that rioters do this, i would very much like to play a game (or two ^^) with a rioter :=). I'm playing on the eune servers and if some rioter (anyone really) could just send a friend request to me it would make my year! Name: MPT Relix
