Hextech keys dissapeared?

A couple days ago I was earning an unusual amount of key frags though games and had crafted together two in one day and had one prior. Today I went though the menu because I had earned a chest and wanted to open it so upon looking in the crafting menu I discovered all of my keys were missing.
