Ideas about Japanese Server

Hi everyone, Rioters, I am a marketing student who love LOL very much and I got a few ideas that I think it could push LOL to a further level. So as we all know that the JP server is ready to go, why exactly this important to Riot? Well, it allows Riot to enter one of the largest gamer market in the world, but there will be a lot of difficulties to be able to penetrate the market of Japan based on their support of local made games. I thought about a few option that will likely to help the growth of the game in Japan

1. held a champion design contest in Japan, allow Japanese to create one champion that they would like to be in the game, and JP server will be the first to release it.
2. Invite some famous voice actor from JP to act the champion ( I heard Riot may already done this but I think it will be great if I put this is here)
3. A 2 weeks to a month Japanese Style 's summoner rift as a celebration of the JP server - ( based on the ancient Tokyo would be great I guess ?)
4. Japanese theme skin for champions - ( tahm kench, azir, riven fits pretty well) •English isn't my native language so pls forgive me on my grammar mistake tl.dr. - point 1 to 4 are my thoughts in how riot should development their market in Japan Feel free to discuss on it :)
