So i started to play Xerath 2 weeks ago and i have curently 42 games with him and a 60% win rate in plat1. The thing is ppl tell me Ziggs or Lux are way better than him right now even when mastered and he has too many counters to be viable but i think he is better than those if learned. When im fed with him i can take half hp of an adc with 1 Q, full combo would be overkill. So i wanna ask you guys your opinion on him and maybe give me some tips about him ( like how to NOT MISS MY ULT SHOTS) and if indeed Lux and Ziggs are better than him if mastered. Cheers.

Xerath has by far the best poke in the entire game, Ziggs and Lux's poke are kinda trash compared to his. Xerath has a great laning phase against mages, but is more vulnerable to assassins than pretty much every single mage (Especially Fizz)..He does have better waveclear than both of them. He's only as good as the person playing him though.

Xerath's ult is kinda weird. You either hit every single ult shot or you miss them. It's kind of versatile, I've seen Xerath players use it for waveclear when they're low on health in lane.
