I am tired of seeing people that are diamond or platinum ruin my normal silver elo games.

Every normal game I get diamond or platinum teammates that play only normal games and one ranked game every 27 days for a reason and every time they lose to enemy players that are unranked, silver elo or even bronze plz rito do something do you think is normal to have a bronze elo player beat the hell out of diamond ranked elo players that have normal mmr for bronze elo.
