Angel/Dangerous

Am I the actual one here to Wonder what is wrong with these people ? Are they humans or bots. I see them in almost every games at night. There are so many that they can be 7 sometimes. The bad side is the surrender time is set at 20 minutes after the game start. This is a time waster. People may just say ''Deal with it'', but what I find funny is how they fiind it annoying to play with 4 of them in your team. So, anyone of you guys know about them and played against/with them?
