How to level up efficiently?

I'm only allowed to play LoL 4 matches a week, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday, so how am I supposed to level up while all my friends are happily at level 30? Btw I'm only level 12.

Just keep playing and u will eventually get there.

If your allowed game time is based on number of games, PvP Summoner's Rift is the way to go. If your allowed game time is based on time, vs AI match is probably better since you can play more matches.

Although, if you are a new player, PvP is not a good place to be. New player experience for this game is pretty shitty.
