Who should I buy
I have 4800 rp, and cannot decide who to buy. I prefer top or adc, but Im stuck between renekton and Vlad. Also maybe graves.

Volibear is pretty fun to play.
Vlad is really cool but super niche, so renekton might be a better choice. I dont have renekton or graves, so i cant speak to them, but i would avoid vlad unless you really want to dedicate yourself to becoming a good vlad.
Graves may be the best pick of those three. If the nerfs to Lucian's passive make it through to patch 4.21, Graves will be even stronger.
Vlad counters many of the best top laners right now. The main issue with Vlad is that his late game impact is lackluster due to no hard CC. Still a wonderful choice if other people on the team can make up for your lack of CC. If you have a patient play style, then he is your guy.
Renekton is just ok at the moment.
As a vlad main team comp really goes in to the success of him, on the bright side vlad is a super good zed counter, so you never have to worry about zed again. You need somebody on your team with crowd control as your only form of it is the slow from your w, however your ult can easily make dot champs like, twitch, teemo, or singed absolutely wreck others.
