Brand or Yorick?
I have enough to get either but both look equally as fun, Brand
fits more into the meta right now and I need more mid laners but I main top and Yorick
looks like he's a counter to most top laners I fight

I vote Yorick because whenever he walks into bars, there is no counter.
Brand also fits into the support role, not just mid.
I can't say anything about Yorick because people hardly even talk about his use. All I get is:
His laning is great. His ult is teamfight changing, but that's all he can do in a teamfight, and it's only good if you have a fed ADC (or semi-fed) He has 0 mobility and is therefore camped by jungler. (but good Yorick will go 2 for 1 usually) He serves no practical use in objective control or huge utility until late game. Cannot solo carry, but can duo carry.
Brand's is at least clear.
His ult will roast at least one person to death if you aren't assassinated and hit any other ability. Also does great damage to all targets in teamfight. His burst is insane. His passive is beautiful for poke and hurting tanks. He has a pretty significant stun. His laning is blue buff reliant, or hitting a lot of W's and freezing hard. Carries games.
I would say Brand.
While Yorick has his strengths and won't blow up, he can't blow anyone else up either past the 15 minute mark. Or do significant damage actually. As it progresses into late game, all he is will be poke and teamfight ult (which makes all the difference at that time actually, Brand can be taken down very fast for his squishiness by an assassin who knows how to position or just suicide). Maybe slow a straggler. Decide which qualities you want and pick accordingly.
