Voice Commands or Chatting Shortcuts instead of typing everything?

Perhaps communicating with teams would be easier and quicker with the help of hotkey voice commands or team messages.

such as:

J then 1 = "Go Bottom" J then 2 = "Go Jungle" etc etc.

Or Garen-> (J-1) "CHARGE!" (basically saying to go in with him after an enemy champion)

The former would probably be less work than the latter (not requiring voice actors to come back in and do 100 more voice commands).

I propose this not only to make teamwork easier (you can't cast a spell when you're typing), but also because chat seems to be used mostly for insulting people and raging at people who do poorly in the game.
