Picking a Good Support For Me?

Okay, sorry if this is in the wrong board, but hear me out. I have been wondering which support I should main, and the different choices make me so indecisive! I only look for a few things in a champion, and I have ruled out some picks that I HATE shown down below, so, the support must have these abilities:

Good sustain for carry
Some form of poke/cc, if it's both hooray, if it's only one still good
Kill potential (least cared about trait, so I don't really care if they can't set up kills or not)

Ruled Out Champions: ~~Sona~~ ~~Morgana~~ ~~Soraka~~ Anyone else is fair game!

Great sustain and poke in the same ability, movespeed and slow utility, hard to fuck up Ult engage/disengage and CC combo with Q. Early game damage always underestimated.

Karma Lulu Soraka TahmKench Bard Trundle Nami Janna

all these have some form of cc and sustain. janna and lulu only have shields but give heals or health respectively for their ults

raka, bard, and trundle are going to be the hardest to carry while building sup

Her poke is honestly only good for healing herself. Not worth her mana to harass with Q.

Eh. If you build her with a bit of AP, it can work as a poke tool or an anti-zoning tool.

But... If you get AP early you don't have enough money for sightstone, talisman, or boots. Agreed that it's a good zoning/anti-zoning tool.

Early you can still chunk pretty well because even if you have no AP, your enemy has no MR.

I have tried her, yet she just doesn't click with me. She might just be a bit too bland or maybe I'm too picky, but I might have to rule out Soraka too D:

It's kinda funny that you keep limiting out the healing champs even though you said sustain for the carry was a main priority XD

I knew someone would say that... But in reality I only really eliminated 1 healing champ because Sona's heal is kinda.. Low-end

I said I only really ruled out ONE healing champion because SONA's heal is small as of now.
