can we make lying to the other team about some1 on your team being toxic a reportable offense?

Anytime someone tells me in /ALL to report them I will typically just make a mental note to report the instigator unless the victim is intentionally feeding.
I think to fix this problem it would be a good idea to just not report people unless you have witnessed a reportable offense. Otherwise, mute up and continue to carry :)
Complaining about a teammate in all chat is reportable to begin with. You aren't supposed to be asking the enemy team to report someone in /all.

/all asking the enemy team to report is actually a form of harassment and is already reportable.
Problem solved.
mob justice is fickle. sometimes it's necessary to battle one lie with another.

You can report people for this; it's up to Riot (or Tribunal when it's running again) to decide whether it's punishable.

Assuming this person is definitely going to report you, it doesn't matter if they convince someone else to do so. The reporting system ignores multiple reports filed against a player in the same match.
