ban without reason

So i have been playing league of legends for a few months, around 3-4 months and will admit i have been toxic in the past and have recieved a 14 week suspension however have not verbally abused, flamed, or anything recently and not even in the match resulting in my permanent account ban. i started off simply giving my opinion, not even verbal abuse, on smurf accounts.at the start of the match i was told to stfu noob for for calling him a smurf here are my chat logs for the game
they have no jg rip you probs there team comp is weird already without a jg oh rip im the only level 18+ dont feed and ggez thunderlords op any of you smurfs? so they have no supp bot? XD wtf was that damage seriously varus sad smurf acc i see you guys are both smurfs sad there play style their level is under 18 its not hard to spot smurfs ezreal and varus do everyone a favor get a life then stop smurfing also another way ik they are a smurf varus went straight to counter jg enjoy the report varus coming to low levels complaining about new players sad life it must be im done im surrendering at 20 so sick of little kids who think they have talent arent even able to beat people there own skill level im assuming your with the ezreal and your holding hands? your the one telling me to shut up you make new accounts to play new people then whine when they are mad? your a smurf get over yourself hes a smurf he isnt an actual level 9 18 a actual 18 this kid is easily a bronze 3 22* not 18 they make new accounts becasue they cant beat people there own level not even your fault its a bunch of little kids its not your fault zed wouldnt doubt if it was a group of 4 smurfs thinking they are pro how about you> go back to your main account and stop runing this game for new players we know your a smurf and im a level 22 get a life and stop sweating all over your keyboard 22 is newer then a bronze 2 or better or better i havnt even gotten to ranked this guy has nothing matters before ranked play my friends? youtube? his play style is not a level 9 dont worry about it they are level 30 or above yeah it is actually just because i know about how they play doesnt mean i can counter it learn how? with a bunch of little kids how make new accounts so that they can feel good about thereselfs becasue they beat level 22's? im the highest level on my team the ezreal is scripting skill shotted my fl;ash stop smurfing if you suck since you cant beat people your own level you act like you are a new level 9 the reason your placed against level 22's is because elo once again you arent a level 9 this account maybe you have more then 1 account "guys im so pro i make new accounts and trash talk low levels acting like im a level 9" get a life when there are garbgae smurfs yeah i hope you know last season i didnt doubt that you did and im not dumb i know this ezreal is too if not scripting with that suspicious skill shot he had er cant win we cannot win they have a plat smurf i flashed over his head earlier into bush auto spun and hit his skill shot ward only they have it warded i told you not to do that we arent going to win if you guys dont make smart plays they have a platinum 4 you cant just charge drag it will be warded gj yeah ezreal is scripting not only is there a diamond smurf ezreal is cheating gnar why dont you try playing a diamiond smurf? youd whine too yeah k lets see you play a diamond smurf are you a smurf too? doubt nah hes doing bad varus yeah your so pro man comes to low elo whines when people get annoyed with smurfs why smurf? can you not beat your own level people? hold tower too late now zed what are you doing tired of smurfs get a life

Long story short, you spent the entire game being negative towards your teammates.

While this game may have been a valid Negative Behavior report, it's not the only one that contributed to your ban. You mentioned you already went through all the prior punishments up to a 14 day ban; there are only 4 steps, and the last is a permaban. It doesn't matter what you did that tipped the scales, it will result in the same punishment. Finishing a prior punishment doesn't erase all the reports against you that caused it either, so you had quite a lot that lead up to this.

It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop down one step. The only way for you to avoid a permaban is to change your behavior considerably. Riot only permabans when they believe the player is not willing to reform over temporary punishments.

This account is now gone, but you are still welcome to create another and show that you've changed.

If you don't see the reason as to why you were ban then there is no helping you sadly. From this chatlog alone I can see why people reported you. Very Unsportmanlike and just rambling in I assume all chat claiming smurfs, others for cheating, and just overall negative it's not something Riot wants in their game and seeing how you have been toxic in the past it seems like you aren't reforming or trying to hange for the better.
