League Wont Launch

I have uninstalled and re-installed LoL 5 times already since last night. Each time I did it went through the regular patching and updating then when I click the orange launch icon it closes and thats it. Nothing else happens. I have been reading up on some people having the same problems earlier this year but none of the solutions have worked for me. I'm just getting back into the game, I quit last spring and have gotten a new laptop since then so I don't know if something happened where its not compatible with it anymore or what.

I've read tutorials on like going in the RADS folder and stuff and have tried literally all that I can find through Google and no solution has worked. When I open task manager then launch the app it goes to the screen where it shows the news and whats happening lately/skins etc but as soon as I clock launch it closes and it disappears from task manager and thats it. Running it as administrator didn't work. Deleting the air client files and patcher to let it repatch didn't work. I'm literally put of options here. I bought this laptop because it had the specs to run league smoothly and now I feel like I wasted my money.

Any help?
