Stats: +60 Attack Damage +10% Life Steal UNIQUE Passive: +10 Armor Penetration UNIQUE Active: Drains 20% of target champion's maximum health as magic damage over 5 seconds, heals for 50% of the amount, and steal's 25% of the target champion's armor for seconds. (90 second cooldown)

Too weak, would not buy. Maybe as a 3rd item on Zed. Maybe.

it has armor pen. have you been on the boards? no one wants more armor pen (Well the crybabies dont but theyre 90% of the population)
