Anyone know how long it takes for a champion to come out after its insights?
if anyone could give me a little info on this itd be great, also if you know when patch 5.23 is to be expected?

Patches generally come out once every 2 weeks.
Why? Can't wait for the tentacles ? 
She will be out this wensday. Once they tease the champ it goes on the PBE for 2 weeks of testing.
