Demacia icon available again in the future?

Well, as the title says, I was wondering if the Demacia icon will be available again to be picked up sometime in the future. Unfortunately I was not around while it could be acquired for free by a click of a button on the region page for Demacia and since it's gone now, it would be nice if, eventually, it became available again.
