ok so this might be a super simple thing but i dont really know math since i had to drop out of highschool to support my family, but here we go

ok so theres a quint that does 1.5 % increased health, if i did it right then that should equal 4.5% increased health and say you used sejuani that would be a increase of like 27 health? whats the point when theres is allready a ruin that gives 26+ health

Say you build RoA. With those runes, RoA (which at full stacks gives +650 HP) would increase your Sejuani's total health by (650*1.045)= ~679.25

Apply that across a full hp-based tank build, and it can add up pretty quickly.

when you start adding health items the quints will start working out better.

If you build warmogs, sunfire cape and banshee's veil that will give you an extra 1700 health. the bonus from 1.5% health from those 3 items 25.5 health where a flat quint will give you 26 health.

Now you may say well you just said the % healths are not worth it but that is wrong. You then also have to look at how much health you gain per level as sej and add the 1.5% to that too the quint actually gives you 1.5% to your total health.

Flat health is good for early game but % health quints scale better into the late game especially on sej, mundo, zac ect who stack health items to do more damage.
