edit: 8 of 11 games are wins, net gain in LP? 11. And yet, I'm still getting 11 LP per win, -27 per loss. I can't believe you guys are actually trying to justify the system.
overall winrate isn't what matters, what matters is where you are now in relation to where the system thinks you should be... unfortunately, right now, the system thinks you belong way lower than you are, so you have to prove it wrong.

The system thinks you belong to a lower tier, maybe due to a big losing streak.
Starting 25 days ago, you had a 5 loss losing streak, then a 4 loss streak, then a 3 loss streak, without you having a winning streak. So, you barely won for your first losing streak.
It takes your mmr into account. So if you have lower mmr than the average league you get lower lp gain and more lp losses. Even op.gg says you have lower mmr than expected. How do people still not know this?

I gain like 20 LP for a win and I only lose 5 for losses. I have to work real hard to make sure I don't promote.
Everyone in the below comments are very wrong for judging you to not belong at your current tier. Right now D5 is very bugged. All the divisions but D5 are working correctly with the MMR system. Ever since the Master tier was implemented D5 has had issues with LP. For some reason the Division is looking for a higher MMR than it is supposed to have. D4 and up are fine, and P1 and below are fine, but D5 is bugged and it is "being worked on".

Obviously you don't deserve your elo and you need to git gud. 
system is fine. either your w/l is negative, or you had a loss streak. as soon as your w/l is positive, you get more "LP/win" than you loose "LP/loss".
