The Twisted Artist & The Decaying Master

i decided to leave this in comment form ,now these two topics have been future champion ideals with great potential lets start off with the twisted artist. the name given to this artist should Jacques. its unique,includes the following of a name really never heard of and its a unique concept ,jacques is a mad artist that is tempted to make anything into a masterpiece even his own death if it comes now his purpose in the field of justice is to make the perfect masterpiece but his goal is to collect the enemys blood or essence as that goes in play with his ult his q would be flick of wrist,in where he splashes paint in a target location around him kinda like how wukong does but it doesnt knock u up ,w is a passive move and active. the passive is that he has art counters in where if he hits an enemy with his q onto someone it adds a splash effect allowing the paint to splatter on other nearby enemys his e would beauty in which kinda like lulu shields you,casting e on enemy champs will poison them,casting it on allys heals them NOW his ult is called the great master piece. in which it allows him to be a cross between pantheon and a teemo shroom jacques goes to a target location as a global ult or should i say art that allows him to go anywhere on the map and splatter a gigantic paining festival in which u shoot 5 times while u stay in the air and it goes and poisons them,only if the paint u shot lands on them. if anyone takes the time to read out my champion ideal. i thank you for your time and maybe one day this can become a future champion ,thank you once again have a nice day
