Anti-Autolocking system

so today is July 4th and i don't know if its just my bad luck or the fact that its a holiday and more kids are playing, but today I've noticed a giant amount of autlockers. of the several games i played today (and the one I've dodged) there was an autolocker on both teams in every one of the games. this has become quite frustrating because these autlockers often don't respect the lane calls of others and put the whole team in tilt when we begin arguing. normally i'm fine with the small amount of autolockers in league but the amount we had today was ridiculous. autolockers have been a large problem contributing to toxicity in league and will most likely remain so in the future. these autolockers care not for the scorn of their teammates and often threaten to feed when faced with adversity. its due to this that i ask league, in an effort to make the game more fun and promote team-play, to atleast look into the problem of autolockers and hopefully design a system that either cleans up the lane picking process of blind-pick or at least penalizes those who autolock and refuse to play as a member of the team.
