More Division Interaction?

So you know how we're all in divisions and then we have a little board of random players compete with? i.e. Cho'Gath's Maurauders, Rengar's Spellswords? I just had a random idea since there's not really much to do here maybe just be able to have a button that sends a little good luck notification to the people in promos. Like a little thumbs up icon that gives them the notification or something. I think it would bring a little more community into the game and bring more point to these separations. It's a small positive thing that can boost morale. Just a little idea idk haha XD
