Help needed !

My problem is whenever I play PvP I.e. normal draft mostly (as I don't see myself fit for competitive ranked environment and I can't carry if my team feeds ) I don't know why 2 of my laners decide to feed , as there are 2 of them I can't babysit them as I'll lose my camps and gold and if I try to snowball winning lane enemy jg start snowballing our lanes so we have to retreat to help them. How can I deal with this situation ? I usually play rengar, Lee sin and kindred and all falls off lategame and as my team is feeding I can't rely on them to carry late game so end up as a lost game!

Have you considered playing champions with greater teamfight utility? Feel free to still build damage, but it might be worth your while to look into learning champions that bring larger amounts of crowd control to a fight. That way you can save your teammates in more ways than just "kill the enemy before my ally dies".
