I've been playing this game since season 1 and i haven't been the best player but today i found out a female friend that was silver 2 at the beginning of the season and is now P1 because she is duoing with a Diamond 3. The D3 is playing the same champ every game and going like 13-2, 16-3, etc. It just really grinds my gears that ive spent hundreds upon hundreds of games playing on my own account to hit diamond 5 this season and here she has played half the amount with a smurf and is almost the same rank. When i was plat 5 i thought it was annoying that so many people could just get carried to plat 5 but like , come on. Diamond too? I thought diamond was suppose to mean something but I've been sorely mistaken. I just feel like being the top 1.6% means nothing now. Excuse me for crappy writing and whatnot, if this post doesnt belong , RIP me

Some people will get carried by duoing with someone and sadly there will be nothing done about it...but just remember that YOU and only YOU got yourself to the rank you are. You didn't need to be carried by a higher level player. You are the better player, regardless if you are the same rank.

Just know that YOU earned Diamond V because YOU have the skills and talent and mechanics. Your friend obviously doesn't if she needs someone to make her climb
