Allow Sorting of Rune and Mastery Pages

I'm moderately OCD about how my rune pages are sorted in champion select, and whenever I make a new page or modify an existing one, I have to delete them all and redo them until they are ordered properly for me. All I'm asking is for a way to just drag another page into a spot, such as in the item set menu when you can drag an item and put it between two others.

I have to ask why this was never done in the first place. I have a lot of rune pages, and it's nice to have all the AD rune pages separate from the AP pages, etc. I've spent 45 minutes redoing it. A simple point, Click, Drag interface would be worlds better.

^^^ Riot please add more OCD support. It's not like we're asking for you to nerf Irelia. This actually is possible.
