Even if i manage to get my adc fed, it seems that at least one other lane will end up feeding someone and they hypercarry. On my 6th loss in a row with most of them being because either top or mid hyperfed.

In low elo if you want to climb, support isnt the best role to play. Usually if you want to win and climb you should go into a carry role. Try mid maybe, you can roam to bot and top if they're stuggling and you can literally carry them. But if you love to support then maybe find people who are good and try queueing up with them.
