Why I can no longer play League of Legends

-> My computer is relatively old (had it for about 5 years). -> Old computer is beginning to poop on me recently. -> Would get a new computer but I still need the money. -> LoL begins to crash at the beginning of every other game. -> Patch 6.12 -> Enters queue. -> Client stops responding for 30 seconds. -> Get through Champ Select. -> Poop computer decides to poop again and fail to load game. -> Re-log. -> Reconnect to game. -> Spend 5 minutes trying to load. -> Bugsplat. -> Post-game screen. -> /remake -> AFK penalty. -> gg
