There is a problem with me, or the Tribunal, or both

I play roughly 50 games a week maybe more i don't really know, but i am not going to count them. Anyway every game i will block any people that seem to have breathtaking anger issues and before anyone says anything i just mean anyone that says things like"GG" at 6 min because they did not get blue buff. which then degenerates into them using so many expletives the profanity filter can't keep up then leads to an afk or or something like Nunu living with the giant mutant chickens and dancing the rest of the game . However since adopting this practice while playing in soloQ have been blocking/reporting nine people per game i don't know if the tribunal is broken or if I attract the worst people in this community.
