New Idea for a Game Mode

Hi Riot and fellow summoners,

Ok, so this time, I wanna try and tell you guys a suggestion of mine. I think we all know that feeling when we have 10 minutes left and we want to play a game, but we know that games always take at least 20 minutes right? So for people who want to play but only have a short amount of time, they're simply stuck doing a custom game by themselves. I'd like to propose a new solution to this problem.

We need to make the 1v1 maps permanent. It's really that simple. By making this mode permanent, we can reduce leavers, because let's face, we've all had that guy who says "I have to leave in 10 minutes". If we don't want that to happen, I believe this could greatly help in reducing the number of leavers that we experience.
