Buy the prepaid cards recharge, you get a few more hundreds or thousands extra for free!

Really though sometimes if you Support Ticket (Link) they will give you some spare rp if it is like 10 or less, but don't give it too much hope and I think even if it worked you can't do the same thing twice per account.
