Champion and Skin Shards

So I have 8,000 blue dust, plus 6 champion shards at the time of writing this, in addition to ALL the champions. My problem is, I almost never get SKIN shards. I was thinking, maybe sometime in the future we could potentially trade champion shards for skin shards? Or maybe buy them? It could even be a much higher price (3 champion shards, or 5,100 IP in the store for one skin shard sounds reasonable even). I dunno. I have all this dust sitting around which I can't DO anything with (aside from making champions level 6/7, but by the time I use up 8,000 dust on that I'll likely have 10,000 more).

Good idea? Bad idea?

Definitely agree, as I recently just posted a thread on this topic myself. The crafting system champion pulls needs a change somehow for those of us who are long time players and already have every champion, making any champion pulls and champion points within the crafting system completely useless.

I spend plenty of money on the game, but I will not be supporting the crafting system further as it is - and I don't have nearly the amount of useless pulls as you do. Not happy with the crafting/chests system.

Mmhm! It's infuriating how even with the changes they made for mastery 6 + 7, it still doesn't feel like you are making the IP and champion shards something you want to go out of your way for. I really hope that Riot gives us more uses for those useless champion shards in the near future :T
