PLS nerf fioras parry
I believe what riot has done to fiora is excellent is regards to mobility and removing the untargetable ult.
the parry has definitely improved in my opinion but is being able to parry a 
gnar ult or a 
karthus ult fair?

I think the parry is brilliantly done right now as it gives a squishy dive champion a very strong defensive ability. It also announces itself with bells and whistles, so a Gnar or Karthus ulting without having baited it out are punished for not baiting effectively.
