I got hacked, password was changed and email was changed

I would like some help from Riot, luckily I stayed logged in on this website, I have no further proof it is me however I would love some help, my pass was changed and email was changed so I couldn't recover it, Please respond ASAP so I can get in touch with riot and get my ACC back!
