Prime examples; Lee Sin, Graves, Kha'Zix, Hecarim, and Ivern.
Shyv isn't that strong early and can get kited to oblivion mid and late. Consider the top ADCs atm are like Lucian, Cait, Ez, and Ashe. All of these champions are pretty good at kiting (even more so in Ez's case since IBG is returning as the more common build atm). Shyv also doesn't provide much utility, either, besides her ult, which requires her to dive into the enemy team to utilize it.
