Teemo Needs a Rework

I understand that has been in the game since its creation. is still a solid champion. Some argue that he is too broken, some argue that he is too squishy. I had the idea of reworking , like the new , so that in no way is he broken, yet still strong. This would be relatively simple, as not much needs changing. My ideas are simple.

Most know his strengths. My rework would give his movement bonus from move quick as his passive, with it only slowing, instead of cancelling it out. This also means that he no longer has to take it, giving him massive mobility early. His invisibility would then have a limit to it, and with a slight time delay, much like . Give it an auto-disable when he attacks, and a cooldown when he deactivates it. It makes him have to judge when to use it, but allows him to move during it, for new escaping tactic. His Toxic Shot can then be an active toggle, draining mana over time, like . With DoT, his basic attacks can be powerful, but he'd have to conserve, or risk running low on mana. This can also allow his poke to be his Blinding Dart, which can be given more damage. As for his ultimate, Noxious Trap, I say it shouldn't give a radial damage, only damage to the champ who steps on it. Give it immunity from minions, and increase its charge rate. This makes it all the more key to place them at strategic locations, instead of spamming them, as often it comes down to. The sight given by them should only be the champ who triggers it, so sight isn't overwhelming.

These few changes would make a solid champ, without too much strength. It also forces more strategy, instead of wandering, while allowing for good stealth tactics to powerfully take down wanderers. I realize my idea may not be perfect, but I still believe it would allow for a smoother gameplay altogether.
