If you queue with 5 people you're only going to get matched with another 5-man premade team, consisting of people that are long-time friends or joined through voice-chat communication. It's pretty much the equivalent of jumping from bronze 1 to gold 1 opponents or more with doing 5-man premades.
You don't do that unless you want the challenge, and that's a horrible tip for climbing out of low divisions.
