lost PBE account?

sooo i forgot my PBE account. (plz dont judge). is there anyway to recover it? cause i tried many ways. I also have the client downloaded through my normal account (i guess that indicates that i have an account already)

1. went on to the PBE website and tried to sign in while saying i forgot Username, and when i type in my account that i currently use it says it does not exist.
2. i am currently sending a support ticket
3. i open the PBE client (it has Jihn on the login screen) and clicked forgot username.(still doesnt work)

Note i have received the email sying that i have 2 accounts and they have different username (ik which one is for which), but after using the "PBE account" username to change password and attempting again it still doesnt work.

I ned help please.
