Barely said anything during game. Said one kinda salty thing in post game and this was the response I got. Should I be worried?

No, he is probably some angry 10-yr-old. Don't worry bout it. Though I hope you reported him.
I have had death threats happen to me in the game as well. I reported to riot of course. If you are legitimately worried or want to teach that 10 yr old a lesson file a police report.
