snowdown icons issue

I wonder why do you make the snow down crafted icons "re-gifted amumu, poro snax lover and snowbells" Only have limited-time emotes ?? why not make the permanent ?? those icons are different form any other emotes icons, different than the team icons or whatever, they cost a LOT of RP or IP if you consider it, they are better looking and so cute, why not make the permanent ? apply their emote to ctrl+7 or 8 or whatever...I believe it'd be amazing to have them permanent. I saw many people talk about this before but I guess no one posted their ideas here.
