Ranked border changed to wrong one.

I was ranked Gold III in 2015, and had received all of the correct ranked rewards, but recently, my border has changed to the gold IV border. I have no idea why this happened and was wondering If this could be fixed.

I just noticed this in my last aram game. I was also gold 3 and my border is now gold 4 :\
