PLEASE fix end game load time

I don't have an issue with the client itself. The only issue is that I have to wait literally MINUTES for the results page to appear after a game. By the time I get into the results screen, everyone has already left lobby and i can't talk to anyone how the game went. I believe it's because of all the animations, etc. I have low-specs mode on, but it still literally takes 3-4 minutes to load the results page and it is beyond frustrating. Any tips on how I can shorten that??

Under the low-spec mode option in your settings, there is a checkbox for "close client during game". This is probably why it's taking so long to reach the post-game screen, because the client is being closed to lessen the load during your match and it must be restarted afterwards.

Try disabling that unless the load in-game is too great due to the client being active in the background. If that isn't what's causing it, I recommend posting on Help & Support and seeing if they have additional information for fixing this.
