Birthday Gifts

I turned 15 today. I got gifts etc, etc and in the process I thought of how Riot should give people like 1000 RP or some amount of IP one day each year on there B-Day.

Part of the reason some people don't play League or are drawn away from it is because its so "Grindy" to try and get new champs or learn a new way to play. I feel that would fix it some wouldn't it?
